TECHNOLOGY Some of Agatex furniture fabrics are treated with the patented AquaClean® system prior to shipping. This wet cleaning uses biodegradable detergents and additives to minimize environmental impacts. Unlike solvent based systems AquaClean® uses water, leaving no hazardous waste to dispose of. Drying is done at a very high speed to prevent mechanical stress on the fabrics. Because of these features AquaClean® is used by our company for the final treatment of your fabrics.
STAIN RESISTANT Our upholstery fabrics are easy to clean thanks to the Scotchgard™ treatment. These stain repellants provide barriers around the fibers and most liquid spills will bead up on the surface of the fabric. The liquid can then be blotted before setting in to stain the fabric. The Scotchgard™ fabric treatments we use are odorless and do not affect the feel of our upholstery fabrics. What the treatment does is increase the ability of the fabrics to be cleaned without compromising the durability of the fabric.
COLOURFAST The colors of our upholstery fabrics are highly resistant to ultra-violet fading.
